Emergency Helpline set-up for Al Alamiya's Medical Insurance Customers due to fire incident in the office of MedNet
We would like to inform you that the office of MedNet, our claims administrator, was affected by an incident of fire in Jeddah on July 9, and part of their operations was disrupted. However, MedNet have taken immediate steps to ensure that the individuals covered under Al Alamiya's medical policies continue to receive services from the network hospitals as usual.
MedNet's Helpline number printed on the medical cards is currently not functioning and is in the process of being restored. In the meanwhile, cardholders can contact MedNet on any of the following numbers during office hours [8:30 AM to 4:30 PM] for any assistance with approval of treatment or hospitalisation:

Due to this incident, we anticipate some delay in cash reimbursements process and therefore, if you have submitted medical claims to us for reimbursement before July 9, and do not receive a decision from us by July 31, 2011, please contact us at our office with details of the claim. We will take immediate steps to address any such case.
