Workmen's Compensation Insurance

This has been designed in accordance with:

• The Workmen's Compensation Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia published and operative as at inception date of policy.
• Common & Shariah Law

The insurance cover states that:

• Any costs and expenses that arise in the course of employment, in respect of injury to any employee, will be debited to the employer. (We further recommend that the Workmen's Compensation Policy also includes the Employer's Legal Liability extension, as employees have the option to claim under Common Law for further damages).
